I am totally in love with this painting, because I painted it on my balcony in Hökarängen, Sweden, after 2 months of painting day and night and free diving as well as swimming in Swedish oceans I was totally euphoric from everything and I was dreaming about these under water flowers and I woke up and did layers of layers of layers and could not stop being inside this painting until I had to force myself to stop. I love it so much because not only are there beautiful mistakes, pain and sorrow in it but it is also and above all healing, relief and soothing calm and peace after the storm in it. It’s deep and bright at the same time. It brings me serenity. I hope it brings you serenity too.
